Washington, DC, (September 6, 2022) – Integer is pleased to announce that Steve Taylor is joining the firm as a Principal.
Steve brings more than two decades of policy and advocacy experience to the firm, most recently serving as the head of government relations and public policy for United Way Worldwide, one of the largest and most respected charitable nonprofits in the world.
Prior to his time in the nonprofit sector, Steve spent 10 years working in senior policy positions in the U.S. Senate, including six years on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

During COVID, Steve played a central role in numerous advocacy efforts on behalf of the nonprofit sector, such as: nonprofit eligibility for PPP loans, nonprofit access to hundreds of billions of dollars in CARES Act and American Rescue Plan funding, expansion of the charitable deduction, and increased federal funding for multiple social services programs and expansion of tax credits for families. During the last year and a half, Steve led United Way efforts around Congressional earmarks, resulting in 65 United Way earmarks totaling $41 million.
