Integer, a lobbying firm specializing in tax and philanthropic policy, is seeking a Policy Research Fellow for a three-month position, with a performance evaluation after three months and the potential to continue with the firm. This position is ideally suited for recent graduates or developing professionals with a strong interest in politics who can work normal business hours in an office environment and have Capitol Hill interning or staffing experience.
Duties include legislative research and memo writing, monitoring Congressional hearings and events, political and electoral analysis, and administrative duties.

- Baseline understanding of federal politics, the current political landscape, and key players in Washington
- Strong writing and research skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities

Exceptional candidates will also have:
- Experience or familiarity with tax, nonprofit, economic, and/or energy policy
- Experience navigating federal agencies, relevant third parties, and associations
- Ability to distill complex policies and/or political activities for a third-party audience
- Social media or communications experience
